Unhappy Network Printing Problems with XP/OSX

ok i installed my HP 3320 printer on my win xp sp2 machine and i shared it. I booted up my MacBook added my printer via the network. When I print it says its completed but the printer didnt print anything.

any ideas? I'm new to Mac

I think the problem you are having is due to a driver mismatch - the driver on the PC is a PCL driver, the driver on the Mac is a postscript driver. If you delete the printer on the PC and then re-Add it using the postscript version driver, it should all work.
