Ironport

Anybody use an Ironport web filtering device on their network? I'm trying one out and none of my Macs can connect through it b/c it demands a name and password no matter what I enter in the proxy requires password setting. PC users connect ok, the Mac users connect when I log them on to a pc. I've even turned the authentication off on the Ironport and the Macs still won't work with it.
