Question Sharing a Drop Box folder with XP

Hey Guys, I have been browsing the forums but unable to get an answer to my question.

My PCs and Mac running OSX can share files no problems. The problem arrises when I try to place a file in a dropbox folder I created on my Mac. I keep getting an error saying

"An error occurred while reconnecting W:\\mac\MyStuff\CoolStuff

Microsoft Windows Network : The local device name is already in use.

This connection has not been restored."

I have no such name in use, how can this be rectified?

I have mapped the folder but cannot access it.
