| Connected, but not at all Hey! I have little problem with my iMac (leopard), I mean connecting it to the internet. When I am connecting PC to modem (adsl) it is very simple. I just have to type some numbers and it works. But dunno what to do on a mac. I am connecting using (directly) RJ-45 cord. It says that ethernet is connected but I can't open any site or just use internet. Of course I typed all those things that I have on sheet (IP MASK GATE DNS etc.) please help. n. |

| In the System Preferences, under "Netowork", click on your "Ethernet" connection. From the "Configure:" pull-down menu, select "Create PPPoE Service". A new aDSL (PPPoE) category will be created. Do the fields under that new PPPoE service look familiar?
