No Internet Access

I have a user on my network who is unable to get to the internet wirelessly. He can access the local network wirelessly or he can get to the internet if he hard wires to the network. When he goes home and uses his wireless he gets to the internet with no issues.

Anyone have any ideas on what might cause this?

Thanks.

What kind of wireless security is set?
None, WEP, WPA, Radius...?
If he tries to join the network, does he get any errors?
