Safari 4, iTunes, isync, and iweb won't connect to internet

My Firefox search engine works fine, but since I've downloaded Safari 4, iweb 08 can't upload, itunes stopped connecting, and isync won't work. It says that my idisc can't be located, yet the icon with its contents is on the computer. I've tried Mac online help, but their suggestions don't work. Here is a transcript of my online chat.
