Question intalling ICA client after download

I just downloaded ICA client for MAC OSX. When I went to install it I got a message as follows:

Sorry, the connection to ";10;FHSSTA01;C20297956D49C88917CB76BE930423D4" was broken.

    What's the fix? Any thoughts.

Are you running the installer from a disk image? Perhaps the disk image was ejected?

is your ica client file given to you by your sys admin or is it one that's spawned from a browser?

if I had to look at your connection string there it looks like your ICA file was saved when you were connected via VPN and now for some reason your not. tell me a little more about how you got your file (you were at work and now your at home and it's not working... etc.)

    thanks.
