With this you could connect your machine to your Home Theatre TV and see your Mac OS X screen on a huge 1080p screen! IMO, it just makes a lot more sense than spending roughly 2000 bux on a mere 30&quot; display with not a lot of flexibility at that price point.<br />

Apple is starting to perform architecture changes exactly as Microsoft does... VERY BADLY.<br />
<br />
I really do not know where to start, but in the UNIX world the only package that requires a reboot (unless you are totally incompetent) is the kernel. All other libraries etc are version driven and can be added at will...<br />
<br />
So why does Lion need 20 mins to upgrade to 10.7.3 from 10.7.2; I expect 10 - 15 seconds; kernel not until...<br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[My 2 really big objections to the Mac App Store and now Apple&#039;s Subscriptions is the hefty markup on non-USA customers.<br />
<br />
Even for material sourced from the user&#039;s own country/currency zone.<br />
<br />
It is just bits &amp; bytes from servers located anywhere. So is purely discriminatory.<br />
<br />
If Apple makes 2nd class citizens of all non-Americans it will double the incentive for them to go to Android not iOS.<br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[I have some issues with the Dock. It seems to intrude on the screen (sorry but hiding the Dock is not for me). <br />

My way around this is to pack it to the gills with icons so that it is as small as possible. That works to an extent. However then all the icons are too small, including the Trash can and anything you place next to it, e.g. my User Home icon or numerous Stacks.<br />
<br />
So, no that&#039;s not OK. I take out many of the icons and then the Dock appears intrusive again, because the spaces either...<br />
