Who has the best incentives running now?

I'm interested in buying an iBook as a second computer. (I'm selling my PC to finance it, I'll be Windows free!)

The thing is, I know that some people are offering free ram and everyone has that free Epson printer... (I dont need the printer)

What I'd like to know is.. who has the best freebies? Is anyone giving away 256 mb ram? Free shipping? Accesory packs (free mice, cases, etc.) are cool too... I also am torn between the $1194 model and the $1494 model... does that 100mhz make a big difference?

Any links are welcome.

Outpost.com is offering free shipping. As for the "free" RAM, read the small print. Every vendor I know of charges you an installation fee, even for their legacy CRT iMacs!
