fear the sony vaio

one tip also.. our company has purchased 5 sony vaio's (all different models) in the last 2 years, and every one of them have broken down. If i was to buy a pc laptop, i'd definately go hp

I had an HP laptop... It was a fetid pile of monkey droppings. It overheated, it would reset arbitrarily, and worst of all, it ran Windows. I'm glad I'm rid of that piece of crap. HP products have been rapidly declining in quality recently. And don't even get me started on the dissolution of their calculator division...

So I'll stick with my iBook. :-)
