moving my lampshade 17" abroad

Hi Folks,
I'm a total rabbit, got my G4 when I got tired of my PC crashing, very happy since . My problem is not really technical, it's just that I'm moving to sunny climes & need to take my machine with me. Can't really carry it as hand luggage, so anyone got any ideas for keeping it in working order after the joys of luggage handlers?

Hmm... I'd go to the post office and ask what the safest way is to ship a computer... I guess if you pack it really, really well (original packing?), it should still work after transport.

Ship it. That's the easiest, safest and cheapest way. Some courier companies even provide boxes and bubble wrap for free.
