Developer request: apple custom widgets

Apple's products ship with a few GUI widgets that aren't available through Interface Builder. Among them are the "Mail-like" search field (with the "X" icon and grayed-out label text).

I'd like to request these widgets be released and hopefully included in the next developer package update!
