Unhappy M$ market dominance doesn't seem enough...

Here is a nice reading:
http://www.iht.com/articles/96289.html

And another one, too:
http://zdnet.com.com/2100-1104_2-1001731.html

Basically, it posts some new "evidence" regarding the punches that M$ throws under the belt when they believe that they are losing the match... An interesting reading of almost 8 pages! Note: It is almost unreadable with Safari v73 and v74...

Also, here is a nice Windows ONLY case... In the world of Internet where supposedly we need only a computer (device in general) and a "browser" to access content about anything we like (even if we don't always view "correctly" that content), there are some times that some people/companies need some bottom kicking in order to get their act together!

I'm talking about this link:
http://www.gamespot.com/pc/action/doom3/media.html

Which has a nice new trailer for Doom 3... One of our clients told me that he wanted badly to view this site and he wasn't able... After a brief time I thought it was simply a matter of just a free registration only to find out that there are problems there which belong to the case of "more than meets the eye"...

After registering and everything, if one tries to click this (and possibly other links there, too)
http://www.gamespot.com/cgi/chkpt.ph...2Fs%2FGameSpot

You get this:
"Protected Delivery - Microsoft Windows Required
We are sorry. This protected delivery is only available through Kontiki's secure delivery software running on a Windows PC (Windows XP, 2000, ME, 98, or NT4).
Please try to access this content through a computer running Microsoft Windows."

At first, I thought that maybe this is a browser problem but to my "bad luck" all browsers (Safari, IE, Camino, Mozilla, Phoenix, OmniWeb) gave me the same message...

Of course, I could access the link from a PC but I didn't... Instead I wrote a "complain" here:
http://www.gamespot.com/misc/help/help.html

If you want, browse there and give them the Finger just because!

To bad most Mac Gamers don't follow your action. I believe just that most Mac users are to timid to use their economic power to force web sites to conform to HTML standards.

Heh, I tried to access those DOOM links on a Windows 2000 machine at school, and they were blocked by the school network's security software. I can't win then, I guess...

...those school networks

Anyways, if you want to see Doom 3 E3 trailer (which by the way is AWESOME) you can find it elsewhere no questions asked... Still, you were saying something about winning!?

Here is one link for Doom 3:

Enjoy!
