Please Improve Your (Apple) Services in Hong Kong

Dear Apple,

I hope you can improve your all kind of services in Hong Kong, especially in repair services and software support. I can't get my OS X 10.1 update in my reseller shop still now. Moreover. the repair services also bad in Hong Kong. The repair center didn't check the hardware carefully, they only force the customer to replace the expensive parts.
