You should just be able to hold down the option key and select "Empty trash" to delete locked items (bear in mind that a "locked" file is different from a file you don't have permission to erase).

Cool Problem solved

Problem solved.

My administrative file was corrupted. By making a new log in and making it my new "home" to boot up to every time I start my computer up I eliminated all of the glitches found...
