Terminal Script For Serial Console

I'm a newbie to Mac in general. I basically want to create a desktop icon that when double clicked, launch Terminal and execute the following command "screen /dev/tty.USA19QW62P1.1" I use this to connect to a network device that I'm connected to via serial console. I'm not yet familiar with how to create scripts so any details would be great. Thanks!
