SU Permission Denied still!!

Hi, I'm new here. I have been scouring over google for a while now and can't seem to understand why i keep getting a Permission Denied error in terminal when i use the 'su' command.

here is what is happening.


imacs-iMac:~ imac$ su Dover
Password:
bash-3.2$ /Users/imac/Desktop/GP6/keygen_osx
bash: /Users/imac/Desktop/GP6/keygen_osx: Permission denied


what am i doing wrong and why won't this work?
