we could have dj's discussing the most popular posts of that month or week and maybe we could play music but we may need a PRS license.

I would like to amend you suggestion by saying a podcast like download once a month from this site. A suggestion of all the mods getting in on a net call and be recorded could fly. Maybe something only paying members could listen to the broadcasts.
