 Problems renewing my e-mail service. I renewed my 1 year/$9.95 email service through PayPal on March 2. On March 9th I received email that my service would expire on March 12. I submitted a trouble ticket explaining the situationand receieved confirmation stating that I'd get a reply by 4:34pm, March 10. So far I've not heard a thing. When I login, I it still indicates my service is to expire on March 12 and to renew now. I called the voice mail number this morning, so hopefully someone will contact me.
