Idea for a Sherlock Channel... [music gurus especially]

I have no idea how to write desktop aps, much less my own sherlock channel, but it would be sweet to make a channel for sherlock that interfaces with Freedb.org and/or cddb.org.

You could then quickly find out what album a certain song is from, or how many tracks an album has or ... whatever.

It would be even sweeter to interface it with iTunes 3 so you could look up an MP3 that has partially missing ID3 tags and then have it fill out the remaining info.

IE, an MP3 that has song name and artist, but no genre album or track number.

Both freedb and cddb have SDKs that allow you to interface directly to their databases...so this is very feasable...just no one has done it yet to my knowledge. I wish I knew cocoa
