System crash while using file system APIs

Hi All,

I m using IntelMac.

I am developing an Application in Qt 4.2.2.

I have created some file and Directories through the FileSystem APIs.
When I m saving these file these file are saved but as They saved the System crashes.

If Any one Knows then Plz help me.
