JS and Safari

I am a PC guy (stop booing) and my wife is Mac....keep it down..
Anyway. On her website I built, I added a small JS which is used as a rudimentary password login to one of her pages.
On IE and Netscape, no prob. When she goes to login to her page on her Mac, she hits
