Connecting to CFM fragment from Mach-O, calling function

I am completely C illiterate, and instead of starting with the usual "Hello, World!" I somehow managed to get myself into this:

I am writing a Haxie for use with Unsanity's Application Enhancer system. I successfully wrote most of the code (or at least, I acquired it from a few people who do know C). However, I have run into a problem, and I have no clue as to where to begin.

Haxies are Mach-O, and this particular haxie connects to specific CFM programs. Inside these CFM programs is a fragment containing a function that I need the pointer of.
[Is that enough information?]

Do any kind souls out there have some places to start looking, or bits of code I can work with?
