I need a CGI / PHP "form-post" script

The CGI script that I've used before seems to be broken, (or at least, I can't get it to work on the server).

Can anybody point me to another simple(ish) script that will process an HTML form, and send it to a specific email address, ideally one that's secure (as in cloaked, non harvestable email address info).
