From a user reply on the tech support system: "Appreciate your help. BTW, I'm still a little new using your site, and it took me awhile to figure that I had to 'log in' before responding to your information. The link in the email simply gets me back to my question and your answer, but there's nothing on that page that tells me what to do to respond to you. Perhaps a brief explanation (in the email) about what to do after I click on the email link would help newbies like me."
