 Private comemnt marker Hi there, I left a private comment on a ticket and when i saw the ticket after there was no sign that it was a private comment. Once you've finished the big stuff (and i understand thats a big task!) would it be possible to have a symbol or note marking it as a private comment? Perhaps even have it indented more or something so it looks 'outside the main thread" of the conversation. Cheers, ora

| Agreed! While the list of active tickets shows a comment was made, the actual ticket does not indicate if the tech answered the user or made a comment.
