Preview/bbcode buttons for support

Hey SCott,

Would it be possible to add a preview for answering tech questions as in the forums. Similarly it would be cool to have buttons for the bbcode functions (well the url one at least) to speed up replies, i find myself typing the url tag a lot and am lazy!

Cheers!

ora

Yes, in less than 10 minutes, I coded and turned them on all for you.

1) Preview - In the ticket listing options, you have the option to turn on Preview, either Inline or Mouseover.

2) BBCODE - Just start typing in BBCODE and it will now accept it!

Oh the humanity!

Hehe, , sad to say i didn't explain myself well.

I meant can we have a button for "preview response" as well as "submit response" when replying to tickets. On the bbcode, yep, its real useful having it in but I was wondering about shortcut buttons for functions as we have when replying in the forum. I realize the forum is vBulletin while the support system is custom, but it would be a nifty feature.

Ah, Okay. I see what you mean. Yea, I thought about this when I was building it, but it was just something else to add. I will see about how that can be integrated in the future.
