Entourage Account disappears

Entourage Account disappears

Has anyone ever heard of Entourage 2004 loosing someones account settings after a reboot? I have a user that twice now I have had to reinput all of his Exchange email settings into Entourage because the account settings had been deleted after he rebooted.

Has anyone seen this happen or should I suspect user error?
