Moved from PC to Mac and having trouble

hey im new to using Mac's and i cant find any programs to download music, i have downloaded *** a few times but for some reason it won't work right and saying soming like it needs a classic program, and also my aim keeps crashing and turning off, i don't understand why that it is crashing and why the *** won't work. i would really be greatful if someone could help me out cuz im so lost, thanks

Macs have a buiilt in program to download music , it is called iTunes. *** is a PSP piece of software which on the whole will download a lot of stuff most of which is not legal so you will not find any help here to get it working.
