Love the mac, but need some software advice

Hi!

I have been a die hard pc guy for as long as PC's have been around! I recently aquired a powerbook g4 and have fallen in love! I have only a couple of questions...
1. What is the best way to RIP CD's to MP3?
2. How do I remote desktop to a windows server?

Thanks!
Joe

1. iTunes. Rip the CD to your iTunes library. The songs are encoded in AAC by default, which is good for storing them. If you need then in mp3 format, select the songs, click the Advanced menu, then "Convert selection to .mp3"

2. Windows Remote Desktop Client for Mac or
VNC

Have fun.

1) Use iTunes, freely available from Apple.com
2) http://www.microsoft.com/mac/otherpr...edesktopclient
