| Rules in Apple Mail I'd like to set up a "Friends & Family" rule that will move incoming mail to a specific mailbox. Setting up the Sender is easy: Sender is a member of my Friends & Family group. That, however, misses all mail I send out to friends and family. Is there any way (short of creating a "Me" group) to catch mail where I'm the sender without having to enter every one of my email addresses? Likewise, when creating a smart folder, is there any way to catch when any recipient is either a particular contact or in a particular group? At a high level, is there any additional integration with the Address Book other than with respect to the Sender? I'd like to even be able to indicate "where the From header is [My Card Name]". Thanks. Rob |

| Rob, I don't know the answers to your questions, I really don't use the rules all that much myself. What you are asking does sound possible though. I would point you to http://www.timgaden.com/hawkwings/ it is an excellent resource for Mail related stuff, search around there oyu most likely will find something. |
