Assigning "Title" to video files like WINDOZE???? HELP

You can have the file name like "M4V1004.MP4" in windows but change the TITLE if you right click options for the file. So then the File name is M4V1004.MP4 but for certain apps it will show the Title you have.

I'm trying to rename the Title to put on my PSP. There HAS to be a way!

If you have QuickTime Pro, you can set the title field in the Movie Properties.
