imail rules

I need some help. I'm a switcher and trying to get imail to use rules to help manage my mail. From the documentation I see that I'm suppose to go to mail and preferences and then select rules. The problem is when I go to mail and preferences I don have anything but a single information pane nothing like one I have seen on a couple web pages. How do I get the additioanl info to show up?

Are you sure you don't see it? It should be a button at the top of the window.
