Time problem with Paralells

I want to use a windows based program called Samrt Stamp from Royal Mail through Paralells. The software works fine except that when I go to print a stamp I get an error mesage saying that the server time is incorrect (by one hour ahead). I try to cange the time settings ie, daylight saving etc and have even tried a different time zone but still the error message show a hour out of sync.
I have disabled the auto corect time functions on both the Apple and the Virtual PC. I appears that the time is being set 'elsewhere' and even if I correct the virtual PC time it will alter a few seconds later to the 'faulty' time.
I have contacted Royal Mail who have never had anyone try to use Smart Stamp through an Apple.
Does anyone have any ideas?
