| I had two accountants on my Mac using my version of Quickbooks on two different occasions. Both were VERY interested in buying Macs before they arrived. After experiencing the apparent piece of garbage that is Quickbooks for the Mac, they swore off Apple computers big time. |

| I would be surprised that the accountants wanted to go Mac simply for the accounting software. The economics are not there. So swaring off Mac big time, is probably hurting them more than anyone else. The issue here is, don't expect software to run on different OS platforms in the same way. Most often, one platform is a port from the other. This inevitably causes some functionality loss or delayed time to market. On the Mac you can run PC virtualisation, which apparently was encountering problems to the DONSELF1. Has this issue been resolved because it is standard Parallels (or VMware fusion, or Bootcamp) functionality.

| Did you explain that QuickBooks has nothing to do with Apple? Swearing off Macs because of QuickBooks is kind of like swearing off Ford because a Pirelli tire on the Ford went flat.
