| Can't print to my HP Officejett K60 I just bought an iMac and am in the adjustment phase (learning). I connected the printer using via USB. The printer was visible, but there was no suitable driver found, so I downloaded guenprint-5.0.2.U.dmg and usbtb-1.0.15.uni.dmg. I was able to select the driver called HP Officejet K60 - CUPS + gutenprint v5.0.2. When I try to print, I see the do spooling in the que and then completing, but nothing prints...I am on Leopard 10.5.2. Any suggestions. I previously had the printer hooked up to my windows computer using a serial cable. When I go to the print que and select info, in the general window it has a name Hewlett-Packard OfficeJet K Series (usbtb) but the location field is blank. in the driver window it lists the one and only driver available listed above. When I go to the supplies window, it says no information available.....thanks for any help |

| You Should be able to go to System Preferences->Print & Fax and click on the + button. There select "More Printers". Using this you can select the Basic printing driver called GutenPrint for the printer. HP doesn't support this printer anymore in OS X.

| Disconnect the printer the restart. Then plug the printer back in. If it doesn't print then (this will blow you mind) go to you CUPS printer page by going to the web site (built into your Mac) http://127.0.0.1:631/ . This is you CUPS interface. Plus if nothing else helps then take a look at these homemade drivers. They might help.
