| Address Bar in Leopard?
I am a recent convert to the Mac. I purchased a mac for the family computer. They are use to a couple things I can't seem to find on the mac. One feature is we use to have a address bar in windows that she could type a web url into and it would open the browser and go to that URL automatically. Is there anything like that on the mac? I am running Leopard and I have installed all available updates. Thanks, Wayne |

The Mac comes with the Safari browser. Launch that and type a URL into its address bar.

The Finder is not Explorer. Have a look at Path Finder or other finder replacements if you want this windows-like functionality.
