I have played with macs on and off for a few years but until i got this used imac (for practically nothing
) i used them to surf the net, the basics.
the imac i have has an 833mhz processor and 512 megs of ram running osx 4.11 i think..... i am surprised how fast it is as being more familiar with xp at these settings xp would be good only for surfing the net
this wont be my primary computer but i am going to install some graphics programs and learn my way around the system
