Can't load /System/Library/Private.../lookupd/Agents/Agent.bundle/Agent

One of our OS X 10.3.9 server is complaining about the following in its system log:

Can't load /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/NetInfo.framework/Resources/lookupd/Agents/Agent.bundle/Agent

Anyone have an idea what this is?
