Record All Audio

Hey All,
I am trying to get my system to pipe all audio to file as well as the appropriate devices. Basically I want a command line utility that will record my voip conversations. Both what I am saying and what the person on the other end is saying. If there is anything you can do to point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

I know that there are a couple of pay-for gui programs out there but they don't fit my requirements.

Thanks,
Toxy
