| installing Matlab 7 + X11 I just bought Matlab student edition 7 and I am having trouble trying to open on my G4 12" powerbook. I installed Matlab and I now need to install X11, but I cannot find my Mac OS X Install Cd #3 which i heard has X11 on it. Is there any other way to get the program to open because whenever I double-click it, it just bounces on the dock for a few seconds, then closes...thanks for any help you can give me |

| You will find X11 on the main / first install disk. Open up the disk's folder and look for the 'Optional Installs' package. Under custom install choose X11 from Applications. |
