wget to get streaming vids

Does anybody know if it's easy to "hack" around a permission denied result when trying to get a streaming video. Like this for example http://www.exn.ca/news/video/exn2003...-geckofeet.asx
Which is just way to choppy on the page it normally comes from (<a href="http://www.exn.ca/video/?video=exn20030526-bc-geckofeet.asx">here</a>).
