Site Overview Information

No Wonder!

Launched as the "The Answer to Technical Support" in early 1997, No Wonder became one of the highest rated technical supports sites on the Internet between 1997 and 1999. With nearly 1000 volunteers from 30 countries, No Wonder supported all major consumer operating systems answering most questions in under 24 hours. Dubbed by the media as a "Tech Support Wonder" and by Yahoo Internet Life magazine as one of the Top 10 Net Essential Sites on the Internet, No Wonder was acquired in late 1999 by a funded internet startup which aimed to take No Wonder to the next level. However, after decisions by its new management, and the subsequent business model changes; No Wonder became just another story in the history of busted dot-coms. Following business closure of the acquiring company in 2005, Scott William, founder of the original No Wonder and subsequent macosx.com, was able to acquire the No Wonder name and domain in an effort to restore No Wonder back to its grass roots effort to provide free technical support to the masses, without the fuss.

Relaunched in April 2007, 10 years following the first technical support site started by William, No Wonder's future is nothing but bright!

A historical look at the old No Wonder will be available in the near future when we have time to put it together. We will make an announcement when this information is available.
