How to transfer music from iphone to computer

Hi there, I'm looking for a way to transfer my music on my iphone to my new computer? I've had a look around on google but all the "free" programs seem to give you like 50 free songs then you have to pay. If someone could point me in the direct of how to do this or the best software that doesn't cost money that would be great.

If you want to know how to transfer music from iPhone to computer, you should follow this. On one hand, as a one-way transfer tool, iTunes doesn’t allow users to copy music from iPhone to computer or iTunes for protecting the copyright of the music; on the other hand, when syncing with iTunes, this software will only maintain the purchased items in your iPhone and try to erase the files that aren’t got from iTunes. Therefore, it will be hard for you to transfer music from iPhone to computer with iTunes. So, I would like to suggest use iPhone TRansfer to transfer iPhone music. Certainly, this is my prefer way. Hope to help a bit.
 
I used to have the exact same problem, but finally I fugured it out.
1.) With your iPhone plugged in, click on the iPhone button near the top right of iTunes next to iTunes Store.

2.) Click "On This iPhone"

3.) Click "Add To"

4.) Then you can drag music to your phone from your albums, songs list, playlists, etc.
It works for me.
 
I have iPhone5C and whenever I want any song from my Windows PC computer. Simply, I connect iPhone with PC and via iTunes software (free) sync process I get songs into my iPhone

You can transfer music from iPhone to computer by transferring purchases.

- Connect your device to the computer. Wait for its icon to appear in iTunes.

- Go to File > Devices.

- Choose Transfer Purchases from [device name].

On your computer, run the latest iTunes, then you can transfer your songs to computer by transferring purchase.
