Hello,

I recently bought the latest verison of Outlook for mac, since few days it started haveing some issues. It was not able to open some emails I wanted to open. As those emails were not much of use so I let them be as they were, but now all of my emails are un-readable. I cant open any of my mail. I am totally confused, whats going on??

I would have suggested you database rebuild but as you are using the latest version of outlook for mac 365, rebuild is not an option here, However this version of outlook automatically rebuilds the database on the backend if the database is small and if if you have a huge database then the outook will restart itself.

Try restating you Outlook or your system, it might help.
For More information regarding the rebuild feature of latest outlook for mac see: http://blogs.technet.com/b/office_f.../outlook-for-mac-for-office-365-database.aspx

and then when i restart the outlook 15 nothing happens. What to do now??

You said that you restarted Outlook.
Did you try the Repair, too?
The message says that the repair process may fix your problem.
Is your database quite large? The repair "might take some time" to complete.
