I need someone with a multimeter to simply find the polarity of the barrel plug that is 24VDC and connects to the printer.
ie.
1) turn the p/s on
2) turn on the multimeter and set to VDC
3) touch the red positive lead to the inside
4) touch the negative lead to the outside
5) and tell me if it reads positive or negative volts.
that simple!
