Apps store application disappeared from iPhone

It sounds like you need to restore your iPhone through iTunes. If you have backups enabled, iTunes will reinstall the firmware and then copy your settings, apps, and files back onto the iPhone. Also, if you've lost apps that you purchased, you can re-download them from the iTunes store.

Aperture 3, Low CPU High Mem

Definitely add more RAM. Apple says the general requirements for Snow Leopard is 1GB of memory (http://www.apple.com/macosx/specs.html), all though Aperture's minimum requirement is just 1 GB. Regardless, add more RAM! It never hurts!

AVI to DVD burned, but doesn't play on my home DVD! WAIT! There's more...

I find that brand name players won't always play everything, whereas cheap players will. I've come across what I assume is brand locking.

I can't access to https sites with my macBook

I had issues in the past with Azuerus/Vuze running on one machine, and then preventing other machines on the same network from accessing any HTTPS sites. HTTP was fine. As soon as Azuerus/Vuze was shutdown, we had no issues on the other machines. Software updates eventually fixed the issue...

How do I configure Vuze port settings?

You have to do port forwarding through your router/firewall to your Mac. You would need to do a DHCP reservation on your router or give your Mac a static IP and then have the specified ports in Vuze configured. If you don't have a router, you shouldn't have a problem.

how to play OTHER avi files?

Try Perian: http://www.perian.org/ It's hard to know if there are additional plugins required, if the files have DRM or are corrupted. I'm assuming these are files you've downloaded? If so, you never quite know what you get.

Peer Guardian giving me weird messages?

It's what hackers do. There are "hacker sweat-shops" where people do nothing but hack sites. I help with a phpBB forum, and people are always creating accounts and posting porn links. A lot of times it's actually bots, not real people, doing it.

Peer Guardian giving me weird messages?

I wouldn't worry about it. Peer Guardian is just a port blocker. Firewalls have port blockers, so you see logs like your screenshot all the time. Most likely someone was doing a port scan of your external IP address. Peer Guardian is showing that it's catching it! :)
