Description:
My monitor seems slightly darker, especaially blue colors. The red and white spinning curser now looks almost black and white. Does this mean my moitor is going out? What can I do? I already went into the control panel and increased the brightness, but that had minimal effect.

Sometimes when I donwload a pic or audio or sometimes anything I get a message that reads : Could not read text file because it's text is longer than 8,000 characters. Doesn't my computer come with a stuffit program already? What should I do?
Thanks for your help! Mike

Look for a manual brightness control on your monitor someplace. Most have one, some are in the form of confusing buttons designed to make you spend hours tinkering only to get the RGB conversion screwed up.

As for your other problem, go to www.aladdinsys.com and download stuffit expander.
Let me know if you have any problems.
