Could I please get a few details on how to install X11 on OS X 10.4.2? I'm a very savvy PC and Linux user who is new to Mac. If X11 is on the install DVD, where is it, and how do I get to it?

Hi Ric,
the X11 package is on the install DVD under /System/Installation/Packages/X11User.pkg.
Copy this to your desktop and then double click to start the installation
