I am working on trouble shooting another problem with Mac support and when i wanted to do a quick response ithe internet explorer was suddenly disconnected. i have had that happen when responding to emails from ebay as well. Does it have something to do with the fact that safari is my web brower of choice?

If Safari is your preferred browser, why are you using Internet Explorer?

Ben when I did the quick response to your question - the computer automatically went to internet explorer. I have not been able to respond except by logging into your website and the cable company was having problems the past 2 days

Perhaps Quick Response is broken. That would explain another blank response I received earlier today. I'll let the webmaster know. In the meantime, I think your question is site related and needs to be directed to the forums instead.

I need to return to my original question, which you haven't answered. Internet Explorer may not support Quick Response. You said your preferred browser is Safari. Can you use it?

The latest word from the webmaster is this:

The new site breaks IE on Mac. In fact, it crashes the site. I have since updated our site to snatch IE Mac users and let them know that we are working on this issue, but it will not be a 100% fix, more than likely—but hopefully usable.

So, use Safari, Camino, Firefox, or whatever other browser you prefer, and only resort to IE when no other browser works.
